Walnut Cracking. All shells and nut meats will be packaged after going through the cracker. We do not de-shell our walnuts you will have to hand sort shells and nut meat. A fun job for your children or grand children during the baking season.

Drying the walnuts is to further preserve the quality in taste and help prevent a bitter nut. However, this product should be cooked prior to consumption.
